How to make a craft foam printing stamp

You will need:

-Craft glue

-Craft foam

-Balsa wood blocks (alternatively you can use an empty paper towel roll, and cut it into small pieces)

-Templet ruler

- Pencil

-Paint brush

-Acrylic or fabric paint 

-Scissors

Using a pencil and a ruler mark on the craft foam a triangle and a rectangle.

Using scissors, cut out the shapes from the foam .

Glue the foam on to the balsa wood or paper roll.

  

Using the paint brush apply paint to the foam stamp.

Press the stamp on to the fabric. 

Repeat until the fabric is covered with pattern.

 

Tutorial: How to make paper mushrooms

This is a fun and easy up cycling tutorial that you can make with kids.

You will need:

-Toilet paper roll

-Paper

-Scissors

-Glue (clear masking tape or craft glue)

-Red crayon 

Cut a circle from your paper and draw the

mushroom pattern. It could be red & white

or colorful 

with scissors cut the circle half way, only to the

MIDDLE of it

pull one part of the circle on top of the other and glue

them together using a masking tape or craft glue

with scissors make a few short cuts on the edge of

the toilet roll and glue it to the top of the mushroom 

you can cut a window and door on your mushroom and

turn it into a mushroom house

I was away for a l-o-n-g time, but I'm back now and wanted to share with you a new stencils collection I've made.

Tutorial: Printed fabric necklace

How to make a fun and bright printed fabric necklace. 

You will need:

- Fabric colors (I used Pebeo's "Setacolor" fluorescent Orange and shimmer Canary colors)

- Fabric markers (I used Pebeo's "Setaskrib" Pink and Black markers)

- Geometric shapes template 

- Cotton fabric 

- Scissors 

- Straw 

- A shoe string 

Trace a shape you would like

Dip the straw in paint

Print with the straw on the fabric

Use the markers to draw on the fabric

Cut the printed fabric and tape it to another piece of fabric

Cut the second piece of fabric

Glue the shoe string between the two pieces of fabrics
